From day one, our mission has been to empower businesses to create positive change, transforming industries and uplifting communities through the power of digital marketing, but we took a different approach on how to function as an “agency”. We ensure we communicate everything we do, as if we were an internal team to our clients. We give the power to grow the business back in the hands of the business owner by ensuring they have 100% ownership of everything we do from the website to the ad accounts. Finally, we don’t just hire random people off Fiverr and tell them to copy the latest Youtube video, we custom built our unique scientific method of advertising for every platform we work on from Meta to Hulu.
What began as a Meta advertising agency quickly evolved into a comprehensive, full-service growth partner, equipping businesses with the strategies and tools they need to thrive in an ever-changing landscape. Giving every business owner the opportunity to find their Kaizen.
Our 1%
Kaizen started in 2018 with one simple goal, to cut through the bullsh*t that we were hearing from advertising agencies. From direct mail to online advertising very few companies truly increased the revenue of their clients, and even fewer increased the actual profit of their clients. This was due to lying about success, not setting up tracking, and not giving full transparency to their efforts. We developed Kaizen to be a company that increases the revenue and profit of our clients in an ethical and transparent way.
The inspiration of the company came from the founder and CEO, Kyle Barry. He and his family were business owners that lost their home and their business due to insufficient marketing and advertising. After losing everything Kyle decided to dive into business and marketing to ensure no family had to experience what he and his family went through.
In 2018 he started with Meta advertising and advanced tracking and attribution, allowing us to spend dollars and see a direct return on investment. In 2020 he brought on the COO, Santi Lozano, an operations, automation, and email expert! This added our advanced email service while Kyle expanded past Meta to become a professional and certified on all Google platforms, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter(Now X).
The team expanded with Santi’s organization skills and Kyle’s desire to train and educate their staff. In 2024 they brought on the final piece of the puzzle with Ryan Brand, the former owner of Get Me Friends. Ryan ran a content creation and organic social media management company for over a decade. He brought his service, his experience and his expertise in to complete the ownership team.
Today, Kaizen has over 20 employees, over 100 clients, and is seeing a 93% success rate with their advertising campaigns! With over $10M in advertising spend and over $250M in recorded revenue generated the Kaizen team is just getting started on their journey to helping deliver a more transparent and effective marketing and advertising world for all business owners.
